OMvandla Workshop

What to bring with you

As this is a Yin Yoga workshop please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring a jumper in case it gets cold

1. A notebook and pen so you can jot down ideas and thoughts from this workshop
2. Water bottle to keep you hydrated
3. Reading glasses if needed
4. Open heart and mind
5. Yoga Matt
6. Blanket and Bolster

When to arrive

Please aim to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start time in order to check yourself in at reception and get yourself set up.

Agenda

Introduction & Welcome
by Sofia and Glenn.
1. Pranayama ( Breathing ) - 15 minutes

2. Asana ( Poses with Bowls and Instruments ) - 80 minutes
3. Sound Bath & Meditation 20- minutes.

$20 Dollars Per Person for 20 Minutes

This is the Swedish word for Forks and both Glenn and Sofia apply Tuning Forks to the energy points of the body facilitating a deep sense of relief within the Endocrine System of your body.

Your Endocrine System includes all the glands in your body that make hormones. These chemical messengers play a key role in making sure your body works the way it should. If your endocrine system isn't healthy, you might have problems developing during puberty, getting pregnant, or managing stress. You also might gain weight easily, have weak bones, or lack energy because too much sugar stays in your blood instead of moving into your cells where it's needed for energy.

This is an extra item that can be added to the OMvandla experience if requested. I would suggest you add it as it is a wonderful experience.
